We are happy to provide this service with clothes and fabrics of your choice, from outgrown childrens items, or those left to you by a loved one who is no longer with us. We understand that for many, this can be a sensitive and emotional journey, and we are happy for you to be included in every step of the process.

We will not wash clothes / fabrics you provide unless specifically asked to.
Yes, small pieces of materials from cut clothes / fabrics you provide can be used as stuffing if you wish
Yes, any and all clothing / fabrics unused will be returned to you, along with your finished memory item as standard, we DO NOT keep your material unless specifically asked to do so
We DO NOT share (or even ask to share) photos of Memory Items to anyone other than the person who had ordered them, as these can be very personal items. Customers themselves are welcome to do so, of course! For this reason, all provided photos are from display items.
